1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AIVoxaPro website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AIVoxaPro provides AI-powered voice agent solutions for businesses, including:
- Cloud-based and on-premise AI voice call systems
- On-site installation and configuration
- Staff training and ongoing support
- Custom integrations and add-on services
3. Pricing & Payment
Service packages require a one-time down payment and a recurring monthly fee. Per-minute rates may apply depending on the selected package. All prices are in USD and are subject to applicable taxes (HST/GST). Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your service subscription at any time. Monthly service fees are billed in advance and are not prorated upon cancellation. Down payments for hardware are non-refundable once the equipment has been shipped or installed, but may be credited toward future services at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and technology on this website and in our products is the property of AIVoxaPro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
AIVoxaPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months.
7. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
AIVoxaPro's AI voice agents use artificial intelligence to process and respond to conversations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. AIVoxaPro is not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated responses. Users should independently verify critical information provided by the AI assistant.
8. Data Handling
For on-premise deployments, all call data remains on your equipment. For cloud-based services, data is encrypted and stored securely. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Service Level Agreement (Enterprise Plan)
Enterprise plan subscribers receive priority support with a target response time of 4 business hours during standard business hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday–Friday). AIVoxaPro will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.5% system uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 48 hours in advance. SLA credits may be issued at our discretion for verified downtime exceeding this target. This SLA applies only to infrastructure managed by AIVoxaPro and does not cover third-party service outages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
